Roger Gracie is no longer going to face Travis Wiuff at the next Sengoku event. At the last press release from the event’s organization, it was announced that Gracie suffered a lesion on his ribs while training Boxing and Muay Thai. During those trainings with his sparring partner, Braulio Estima, Roger received a kick on his rib that led to mandatory rest for at least 8 weeks. Without Gracie there will be only 3 other Brazilians fighting in the event, one of them being the new absoluto world champion, Xande Ribeiro. Xande will be fighting against Takashi Sugiura. |
